    This is almost certainly a scam. For $9 he’s going to do what exactly? Tell you to go get a data entry job? You already know that.

    That really really sounds like a scam. I know people who have gotten management positions and don’t have to pay to apply, that’s just crazy. He kept saying the same thing over and over, while giving no helpful information. I would forget about it. Sounds just like some scam websites I’ve read trying to sell you something.
