I’ve been given an assignment to interview a person of a job occupation I’m interested in, yet I don’t necessarily live near and know anyone in the fields I’m considering. I’ve sent two emails to both a (little known) writer and a professor of psychology, but seeing as how it’s been a week and I found/contacted them via internet, I doubt I’ll get a full fledged response. Still doesn’t mean I’m going to give up, which is why I’m here.

Anyway, to the lawyers out there, here is the survey I’m suppose to be giving to you;

"1.Which part of your lifestyle (family, friends, leisure activities, spiritual well being, or career) is most important to you? Why?

2.Which of the five parts (family friends, leisure activities, spiritual well being, or career) do you wish you could get greater satisfaction from than you do now?

3. How does your career affect the other four parts (the above) of your lifestyle?

4. What caused you to choose your present career?

5. How often have you changed careers?

6.Aside from the money you earn, what gives you a sense of satisfaction with your career?

7.What, if anything, could you have done in the past to make your work more satisfying today?

8. What advice do you have for me as I choose and prepare for a career?"

Premeditated thanks beforehand. Sorry if it seems "lazy of me;" I’d much rather take responses from something of genuine interest than the store clerk most convenient to me.

Since I can’t figure this out from research definitely enough I’ll take 2 scenarios to elaborate what I know or believe I know and what I don’t know.

Constant things in all scenarios:
a. The game is on a website.
b. The game is a flash game.
c. Playing the game and your score affects your points/tokens for your account.
d. You are always only editing stored values in memory that reside on your own machine, NOT hacking the server etc.

Scenario 1: Not illegal I believe.
The game is on a website where the virtual currency is points, and there is no money associated with these points. Having 100,000 points is worth the same monetarily as 1 point. You play a flash game and use memory editing tools to change a memory value stored on your own machine to change your score to a very high level. End result: 100,000 more points.

Scenario 2: Unsure of legality
The game has two virtual currencies, we’ll call them points and gold. Points can not be bought or sold, gold can only be bought from the company through payment or taking surveys on their site’s partners. Playing a flash game online only gives you points unless you add one gold to play. If you pay one gold then you can win other people’s gold that they put into the pot if you have the highest score of all of them. So you load up the flash game on their website, and use a memory editor to change your score before submitting your win. If you play for free, you can win points, if you play for gold, you can only win if you have the highest score of the people in the pot. Either way, using a memory editor to get the high score or more points.

What is important I believe is that you are not gaining access to their server, are not reverse engineering their software, and are not editing packets of data being sent to their server. What is being edited is values stored in your computer’s memory.

So, is the first scenario legal as I assume, and is the second scenario illegal or legal in the United States?

Although friends & family say it is good, I need a public opinion. It is by no means finished and before I spend money on it I need to know how to proceed. There is about 70 pages but you only need to browse about a dozen pages to get a feel for it. I have just uploaded a piece of software to do this. Thanks in advance. Here is the link:

I bought a PC with Windows XP Home Edition already installed 2 years ago and I activated the software before the 30 days according to MSFT rules! Four days ago I began to have a notification on the website from MSFT that my software is not genuine…They want me, and also thousands of windows xp users, to reactivate with a new product key. If we do it we will get a new CD with windows xp but we have to pay a lot of money…!!! No reactivation..? No more Updates! Is it possible that thousands or millions of Genuine Windows XP turned out not genuine…? Just like that? No! I have answered to a Piracy survey at MSFT website. Plus, I have no copies at all of any kind of software from MSFT or any other software manufacturer ! All my MSFT software is registered by phone or Online! Service Pack 2 is also installed on my PC and it was MSFT who sent me a CD with SP2…!!! If my windows xp was not genuine would they give me a FREE CD from SP2…? No! Why Mr. Bill Gates? WHY ? WHY ? APPLE Yes!!!

To be honest I don’t give a damn about your opinions or how your service was from jiffy lube. I’m there to make money. the more surveys I do the better my salary.

I know Hyundai had some serious "build" problems when they first came to the US however they’ve improved significantly. Last years models were rated #3 in the JD Powers customer satisfaction survey. I know there are problems, but I wonder if they’re REALLY getting better.

For the first time I’m considering buying a Hyundai. I REALLY like their new concept sports sedan, the Hyundai Concept Genesis, that’s supposed to be introduced in 2008 and will sell for around ,000 . This will be a full size sports sedan, rear wheel drive, V-8, and all of the bells and whistles. It’s supposed to about the same size as the BMW 7 series sedan.

If you own a NEWER Hyundai (any model newer than say 2002 or 2003), my question for you is:

Would you buy another Hyundai?
Why? Is it the price?, the value for the money? the quality?

If you WOULDN’T buy another Hyundai:
why not? is it the dealer service? just a crappy car? What year is yours, and what model?

Thanks
