You left out retirement benefits. It would be in the top 5 most important things. Flexible working hours is a dream – not possible in most jobs. Good pay, health benefits, opportunities for advancement and cooperative decision-making would be the others in the top five, but that last one is something you can pick when you go for an interview. I can’t rate the rest of them.
