1: Part of my full time job is to instruct.
    2: I am male.
    3: 3 of 4
    4: (C)
    5: Adults
    6: 8

Optional: I taught at University for one year. Since then I have developed a particular skill, and teach seminars in my field of expertise, as part of my publishing business.

I have found that the preparation for the seminars, and the feedback I get from the audience helps me to learn even more, sometimes by looking at a different perspective.

When I taught at Uni I was amazed at how much more one can learn by teaching with an open mind. It has also helped me develop filters to identify some unproductive paths of research.

I teach for many reasons. For one, I don’t know what else to do! I like to feel needed and as an ESL teacher, my students truly need me. I don’t have children of my own so I consider my students to be my children. I have to admit I like having so much vacation time off too!
