    1) In your opinion, how much should a CEO of a publicly traded company earn compared to the lowest paid workers in that company?
    b) 10 x’s (is plenty – or the company would not attract people top in their field).

    2) Based on question 1, would it matter if the company was private or not?
Yes (private company CEO’s have only the owner to satisfy – not the public and consequently – I don’t care how much they over-earn)

    3) Based on question 1, should it matter if the lowest paid worker is a full-time or part time employee, when wages are compared to that of the CEO?
    No

    4) How heavily should having a college degree be weighted when determining the wage differential between the lowest ranking employee and the CEO?
    a) It shouldn’t matter at all (wages that don’t depend on a degree, eg medicine, should be based on experience and performance)

    5) Based on question 4, should experience be weighted more or less than educational level when deciding what the wage differential should be between the CEO and the lowest ranking employee?
    c) More weight (reason above)

    6) In your humble opinion, should pay differential be regulated from top to bottom from an adopted set of standards that should be a part of a company’s code of ethics and corporate responsibility?
Yes (cool idea, everybody knows where they stand)
