    I live in North Little Rock, Arkansas, and the customer service varies according to the businesses. For the most part, it’s good, but you occasionally get shabby customer service. That’s true anywhere, I suppose. Not only that, but I don’t always hold it against the customer service workers if they aren’t enthusiastic or don’t do their jobs well. It’s not easy working in customer service, especially if you get sh*t wages.
