ive never heard of the ready2beat.com site, but generally, on your receipt it will list the site jcp.com/survey
and if you go to that site and rate the service of the person who rang you up (they should have wrote their name on the receipt and circled the site info) they will give you a coupon for 15% off of your next purchase (the coupon will expire in 30 days and you have 7 days after your purchase is made to rate the customer service)
if you gave the person who helped you a good rating they i believe will get a pin for their name tag representing great customer service (either that or they get a pin after a certain amount of good ratings)
