It is scam because Yahoo will never ask you for personal information’s. You can not do a lot about that email.
You can trace email sender back with:

    http://www.ipaddresslocation.org/email-tracking/email-header.php
    http://www.find-ip-address.org/email-search/find-email.php

or simple ignore that kind of emails.

Yahoo would not ask you for your personal information in an E-mail like that.
It is a scam to get your personal information and/or money.
    Do not respond to it.
Report it, forward it to the FTC at spam@uce.gov and to the abuse desk of the sender’s ISP.
Also, if the email appears to be impersonating a bank or other company or organization, forward the message to the actual organization.
