I will give a "D" -Fair, or a 3 – Air Asia is not that good, but not bad either. There are lots of room for improvment …. Do not thonk that because flock to you, you are good. It does not work that way. People will tend to take the lower of cost as first choice…value for money – they do not understand that…

2. the price were okey but i hope not free seats i mean it’s really not good people wants to go inside the aircraft to choose their own seats, better to have own seats when you check-in it makes the passenger act civilize
3. D- Fair price and hopefully catch the first flight coz always have delayed flights
4. B- I always purchase airasia coz of the price
5. D- They greet you when you come in and say goodbye when you take off, that’s all.
6. 4- We purchase online
7. 4- Cheap but make sure to book the ticket early
8. 5- I say Extremely satisfied. I arrive safely in a budget price. That’s the very important thing.

Your survey has a major error. AirAsia is NOT a Malaysian Airlines company. It is an independent airline from Malaysia and is one of the major competitor for Malaysian Airlines.

I agree with Y2K, Airasia is a company from malaysia not GLC or anything near that..
I travelled a lot with Airasia, i like to travel but dont have much money, so budget airlines is my choice..
Here goes my rating:

7. 2 – this is because eventhough the ticket price is reduce, but the luggage access is more than other airlines offer in this region. Mas give you about 20kg free access and about RM4 for extra acess (depends on the destination), Airasia give you about RM12 for extra…
