Ideas for Customer Satisfaction Tests?
Sunday, September 19th, 2010I need ideas for some Customer Satisfaction Tests. I am in charge of collecting and presenting customer satisfaction data to the management of a College Student Only apartment complex. I currently have holding focus groups, and monthly satisfaction surveys.. Im looking for 2 more really good ideas. Anything helps! thanks.
Has anyone else had problems with cingulars customer service?
Sunday, September 19th, 2010I've had the worst experience with their service, they never fixed the problem and would not refund my money. Reporting them to the FCC didn't help. I can't believe there's any truth to their commercials that they have the fewest lost calls. Who paid for that survey?
