The company I work for is a mess. Turnover is high and now my supervisor left yesterday. We have a new supervisor now but after only 1 day of training he has no log in to our system, and no knowledge of what we do. I am training someone else ...

I need help finding some assessment tools (i.e. written topic-related tests, portfolios, online surveys, etc.) that can help address the issue of special education students not showing AYP when it comes to state standardized testing, ie TAKS
not sure if tehy are still using tehm..
but students that were exempt form satndardized ...

My pet hate is when a young person calls me "love" "hun" or "chookie" (i fall in the 30 - 40 age bracket) I feel this is insulting to the paying customer and a sound example of poor customer ...
